Kamilla Blanche worked as a professional actress for 20 years in the UK in Theatre, TV and Film and trained in all aspects of the arts, moving onto production and writing. For seven years, Kamilla worked as Director of Arts and Culture for the City of Los Angeles. 

She oversaw and managed arts for Councilmember Tom LaBonge of the 4th District. Working in the largest arts district in Los Angeles, she helped to establish Arts Day, Theatre Row and the re-branding of the Museum District on Wilshire Boulevard. Kamilla was also Executive Director of Sister Cities of Los Angeles, Inc. a non-profit organisation, connecting and advising up to 30 international cities and producing successful arts and cultural exchange programs in the City of Los Angeles and around the world. 

Kamilla was a board member of Sister Cities of Los Angeles, the Ford Theatre Foundation and the Hollywood Arts Council.
